What is the Job About
Paradigme Mode is seeking a Founders Associate, specifically designed for recent graduates or master’s students seeking an alternance opportunity. This role offers the chance to work closely with the founders on diverse subjects, focusing on content, business development, and operations.
👀 Scope of Work
• Act as the CEO’s right arm in operations.
• Lead internal processes, collaboration efficiency, and SalesOps.
• Lead internal processes, collaboration efficiency, and SalesOps.
• Develop and execute strategies for supplier and buyer engagement.
• Provide partial account management support to our Sales team.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the early stages of building a startup, while gaining a comprehensive understanding of how a startup functions. More importantly, this role will accelerate your learning by providing you with unparalleled access to the founders’ insights.
This position is designed to help you grow with the company. By engaging in various aspects of startup operations—including strategy, fundraising, product, marketing, sales, operations, finance, HR, and legal—you will gain a panoramic view of how different functions work, satisfy your curiosity, and evolve your career aspirations.
Ultimately, we expect the joiner to grow with the role and eventually become one of Paradigme Mode’s future leaders.
🌱 Qualifications and Skills
• You are about to graduate, have just graduated, or are currently pursuing a master’s degree, and are looking for fast-growing learning opportunities, focusing on both business development and operations.
• You are open to working full-time for more than 12 months.
• Full fluency in English & French; other languages are also welcome.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• A genuine passion for sustainability, climate action, tech, AI, and fashion (specialisation in one of these domains is a plus). Knowledge about the supply chain and software development is a plus.
• Experience in a startup or lean environment, with a proactive approach and thriving under less structured organisations.
• A preference for action over antagonisation, believing in the power of human ingenuity to tackle challenges.
• An enthusiasm for learning new topics, absorbing information like a sponge, and condensing your learnings swiftly.
• High standards in thinking and communicating clearly, displaying and expecting clarity in ideas, plans, and actions.
